I don't bill by the hour or the day. Every engagement is priced monthly — based on what we're building, how long it takes, and how involved I need to be. The faster and better I work, the more value you get for the same price.

The better my tools get and the sharper my judgment becomes, the faster I deliver. A day-rate model punishes that — it means the more efficient I am, the less I earn. That's a broken incentive.
Monthly pricing aligns us on what matters: outcomes. You pay for what gets built, not how long it takes me. My speed and my AI-augmented workflow are my edge — and they're included in the price.
Full-stack product engineering — from data modeling and backend architecture through to frontend UI, mobile (React Native), and deployment. I'm strongest in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python, and I've shipped production AI/LLM pipelines, real-time systems, and complex API integrations.
Hardware, embedded systems, and DevOps-only projects. I also won't pretend to be a designer — I can design with code and ship polished UI, but if your project is better served by real design work, I'll tell you and refer you to trusted design partners I've worked with.
Yes — both in what I build and how I build. I've shipped LLM-powered search, enrichment pipelines, and AI-integrated features in production. I also use AI extensively in my own workflow, which is part of why I move fast. If your product needs an AI component, I can architect and build it. If it doesn't, I won't add one.
Yes — most of my Lead and Lead + Build engagements start with a codebase I didn't write. I'll audit what's there, identify structural issues, and either refactor or build on top of it depending on what makes sense. I won't tell you to rewrite everything from scratch unless there's a real reason.
Depends what they're doing. If you're paying an agency to build and maintain a product, I can likely do it better and for less — because you're working directly with the person writing the code, not a project manager relaying messages. If you need a 10-person team shipping across multiple products simultaneously, that's not me. I'm one senior person who goes deep on one thing at a time.
Most freelancers execute tasks. I take ownership of outcomes. I'll challenge your specs, flag risks, restructure your architecture if it needs it, and tell you no when something doesn't make sense. You're not hiring hands — you're hiring judgment. That's the difference between a freelancer and a fractional technical partner.
Everything. Code, infrastructure, documentation — it's all yours. I build for your autonomy, not for dependency on me. Every engagement ends with a full handover.
Me. There's no team behind the scenes, no junior developers, no subcontractors. Every line of code, every architecture decision, every code review — it's me. The person on the call is the person doing the work.
I embed directly — your Slack, your codebase, your standups if you have them. For Lead engagements, I pair-program with your developers, review their PRs, and mentor them in real time. For Build, I can work solo or alongside your designers and other contractors. I don't operate in a silo.
It starts with a 30-minute call where you tell me what you're building. I'll tell you which offering fits, and we'll scope the first milestone together. From there: access to your codebase, a Slack channel, and I'm shipping within the first week. No discovery phases, no slide decks, no ramp-up theatre.
Weekly visible progress you can see and test. That usually means a staging environment you can click through, plus a short async update on what shipped and what's next. I don't write status reports — I ship things you can touch.
I typically work with 2–3 clients in parallel. Build and Lead + Build clients get the majority of my focused time. Lead clients get consistent availability without full-time hours — think senior advisor on call, not a butt in a seat. I'm responsive on Slack during European business hours.
Paris, France. I work remotely with clients across Europe and occasionally beyond. Time zone alignment with CET/CEST works best.
Yes, in Paris anytime. I can also travel for kickoffs or key milestones if the engagement warrants it. But most of the day-to-day collaboration happens on Slack and in the codebase — that's where the real work gets done.
Every engagement is billed monthly at a flat rate. No timesheets, no day tracking. The monthly fee reflects the scope and intensity of the work, not the hours spent. Shorter, more intense engagements cost more per month. Longer commitments cost less.
Solve engagements start from €4,000 for a contained project. Lead is €6,000/month. Build is €9,000/month. Lead + Build is €15,000/month. These are starting points — we'll scope the exact engagement together on our first call.
Not exactly — but a Solve engagement is the natural entry point if you want to test the fit before committing to something longer. It's a contained project with a clear scope and deliverable. If it goes well, we can talk about Build or Lead from there.
First month is invoiced at the start of the engagement. After that, monthly invoices at the start of each month. For Solve engagements, 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Standard payment terms, nothing complicated.
Solve: no minimum beyond the project scope. Build and Lead + Build: 3 months. Lead: 6 months — because meaningful technical leadership takes time to compound. These aren't lock-in contracts — either side can end with 30 days' notice after the minimum period.
Yes — and it usually does. Many Build engagements naturally expand into Lead as the product grows and a team forms around it. That's a feature, not scope creep. We adjust the engagement model and pricing together when the work changes shape.
While he may have had the highest hourly rate I've ever paid, he ended up costing me the least overall, due to his speed and effectiveness. You need to see him code live to fully understand!

He gets it quickly. He delivers quickly. And he delivers quality. Communication is smooth, and he usually takes the time to make those small improvements that really make a difference in the final product.

He doesn't sugarcoat things. If you're doing something wrong, he'll tell you — and that kind of feedback is invaluable for entrepreneurs. His blend of business vision and coding talent makes him a key asset to any team.

30-minute call. No pitch deck. Just tell me what you're trying to build. I'll tell you how I'd approach it.
